Suggested Itinerary

Day 1Kathmandu to Chitwan

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and drive you towards Chitwan national park on Tribhuvan highway along the river Trishuli. Through the winding road gazing at the picturesque landscapes of Dhading and Gorkha you will get to Sauraha in approximately 5 hours. Sauraha is the etry point of Chitwan national park and offers plenty of hotels to relax. You will check in to your Jungle resort and later your guide will lead you in Tharu villages where you can experience unique marvel of nature and culture. You will get back to your Jungle resort for dinner and staying overnight.

Day 2Chitwan Jungle Safari

Today you will explore major attractions of Chitwan national park including deep jungle walk, elephant riding, jungle safari on jeep and canoe riding. You will also explore rarely visited wetlands of Rani Tal and Bishazari Tal deep in the jungle. During the jungle safari you will encounter several wild animals at a distant. Your guide will also lead you to the Bikram Baba’s temple and to a cottage of Valmiki Rishi

Day 3Chitwan to Kathmandu

Today is the last day of your Chitwan Tour you will visit crocodile and elephant breeding center early in the morning. After then you will have few hours to stroll around the Sauraha market. After noon you will drive back to Kathmandu along the same highway and get to your hotel by the evening. In the evening you will be invited for the farewell diner from the team of Trek Around Himalays.
